Our policy regarding refunds for services and digital products.

General Policy

At Royaltiez Empire, we are committed to delivering high-quality education and coaching. We want you to be satisfied with your investment. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Free Consultations

Initial consultations offered at no charge require no payment and therefore no refund policy applies.

Paid Services & Programs

For paid coaching programs, courses, or memberships, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us at [email protected] and we will process a full refund.

After the 7-day period, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for partially completed programs or services already rendered.

Digital Downloads & Guides

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of downloadable guides, workbooks, or resources are non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

Events & Workshops

For live events and workshops, refund eligibility is stated at the time of registration. Generally, cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable but may be eligible for a transfer to a future event.
